
What services does the clinic provide?
¡æThe clinic provides diagnostic assessments in phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, spelling, and reading comprehension in order to evaluate students¡¯ reading abilities. Based on the results of the assessments, customized one-on-one reading tutoring is provided to
students. The reading tutoring will be one hour long and include a variety of instructional activities and literacy games.
What is the cost of the clinic services?
¡æThe cost of tutoring is $30 for 10 sessions.
Who is qualified for the clinic services?
¡æAny students from K-12 from the Tulsa-Broken Arrow area who want to receive reading tutoring to promote or enhance their literacy skills are
welcome.
Do parents receive a report of their child¡¯s progress?
¡æA written report can be sent to the student¡¯s parents or school upon authorization by the parents.
